your order is placed, an internal tracking number is issued. This is the
number we use to track the wheel though the repair process and closely
monitor the progress. Please note that our clients can access
all of their account information online, including order status and
payment information, saving valuable time and resources.
Next, the wheel
is thoroughly cleaned and inspected for structural integrity. If your
wheel is found not structurally sound for repair, your order is sent to
our locating department. Our locating department will determine whether
our vast inventory contains your wheel, and if so start the shipping
process. If, by chance, we do not have your wheel in stock, we will turn
to our trusted sources to locate you a replacement.
