the metal department, the wheel is checked with a special dial instrument
for trueness. It is
then heated, straightened and re-trued. We guarantee that the wheel will be returned to OEM and
Insurance Quality Specifications. Did you Know that we can repair Lug Hole

Next, the wheel heads for
our welding department. Our welder has over 20 years of experience and was
welding aluminum aircraft parts before joining our team. During this
process any broken areas, cracks, nicks, gouges or scrapes are repaired.
Because of the extreme temperatures and pure grade aluminum used in the welding process, the
repaired portion of the wheel is stronger, and just as safe if not safer,
than the original casting of the wheel.
