| After
the wheel is painted, the wheel is cleaned one final time in a totally
dust free environment. We then apply a special material that is made
especially for aluminum. This "clear coating" actually etches
into the surface of the wheel and provides a crystal clear finish that is
actually bonded to the aluminum. "Better than new"
Once your wheel has been
properly coated, it is sent into our baking oven. The wheel is then
"baked" at a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once removed from the oven, your wheel is allowed to cool gradually on our
special cooling rack at room temperature.
