The Repair Process
In our machine shop, the wheel is inserted into our computer controlled lathe. This sophisticated machine will scan the surface of a wheel and digitally record the exact measurements of your wheel. With these measurements the lathe has the ability to machine minimal material from the face of the wheel. This eliminates any minor scratches and any excess material left from the welding process.
