Wheel
Technologies warrants to the first consumer purchaser that
all repairs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal and reasonable use for the life of
the wheel. We also warrant that the structural integrity of
the repaired wheel will be equal to that of a new wheel for
the life of the wheel. Any defect, malfunction or failure
caused by damage to the wheels in transit, off road use, or
by abuse, misuse accident or negligence shall not be covered.
We
also warrant to the first consumer purchaser that the finish
on all repaired wheels will be warranted for life. The
finish warranty shall exclude any corrosion or cosmetic
flaws after purchase or repair caused by chemicals, caustic
cleaners, climate conditions or neglect.
We
agree to repair or replace the wheel, at our sole
discretion, without charge for the lifetime of the wheel.
All claims against this warranty must be returned to our Corporate
Offices and repair facilities. Once returned, and after
examination if the product has failed in normal use and
service due to material and workmanship will be covered
under this warranty, but will be entirely limited to the
repair or replacement of the defective wheel. Such Repair or
replacement shall not include shipping, removal or
installation charges, or any incidental expenses or damages.
Wheel
Technologies hereby disclaims all other expressed or implied
warranties, and transfer of the repaired product to someone
other than the original purchaser voids the warranty. You
have specific legal right granted by this warranty.
